Now in our 9th year, the Vic De Anda Classic has donated over $12,000 to the American Cancer Society and El Paso Children's Hospital.
Cart and green fees separate at Pro Shop. Hospitality and lunch provided. Contests, raffle prizes and other giveaways too.
This year all proceeds go to La Mariposa Hospice. They provide advanced methods of managing pain and other symptoms related to terminal illnesses including cancer. Their goal is to help patients live their final days to the fullest.
Victor De Anda, Sr. was an avid golfer who played for over 50 years. He was diagnosed with bile duct cancer in 2004 and continued to play the sport he loved so much for as long as he could. After a brave fight, he passed away in 2006. We started the tournament that year in his memory and his spirit lives on through all we do to help those affected by cancer.
